For the most up to date price and availability please call our customer service department.To insure 100% reliability, safety and your satisfaction, all Hill-Rom beds are remanufactured to meet original factory standards.Remanufacturing Process:- Electrical functions and components are thoroughly inspected and tested.- Stripping: Motors, capacitors, PC boards, casters, brake mechanism, head & foot boards, sensors and limit switches.- Sanitize all parts & components prior to remanufacture.- Sand bed frame, side rails & motor panels.- Paint with Epoxy formula for the original Hill-Rom color.- Wheel housings are painted with two part polyurethane coating.- Re-assembly of beds with NEW FACTORY COMPONENTS: Components with higher than normal fail rate. Motor couplings, grease and capacitors. Side rail plastics, limit switches and lock block.
