Meadows Medical Online Return Policy:

Meadows Medical stands behind the quality of our products. If you ever receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please return for a full refund. Returns are accepted within 30 days for full credit with No Restocking Fees! Shipping costs will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be in new condition, and un-washed with original tags attached. Please use the return form below to send back your merchandise and ensure credit goes to the correct person. To Process a Return print and send the following form with your order.

To make sure you get replacement product as quickly as possible, we ask that you re-order your replacement items online immediately. That way your exchange does not get delayed while your return items are coming back to us and being processed.
